Fitness can be complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. This program is the result of the current season in my own life in which fitness is a priority, but it is definitely not the top priority. With a growing family and a growing business, I wanted to put together a plan that would be challenging enough, progressive enough, fun enough to stick to, but not so complex or over-stimulating that it became a chore to carry out.

Creating a workout program based on the concept of Minimum Effective Dose (MED) training was just the right balance of bang for buck, so to speak.

This program has served me well for the past few months of using it exclusively in my own training, and I know it will do the same for you.
