Workouts: “TENSION PART 2” 4 Week Resistance Bands Program

This program is for you if you:

  • Want to build muscle mass during this season
  • Want to build muscular strength during this season
  • Want to try out some advanced training techniques
  • Have a few random resistance bands lying around the house ๐Ÿ˜‰

“TENSION PART 2” is the exciting sequel to the original “TENSION” program, and is here to rock your muscles for another 4 weeks! In this resistance band-only program, you’ll be using your own body weight in combination with some creative rigging for your bands in order to create the most muscular tension possible. This will be the driving stimulus for challenging your body to build new muscle mass to keep up with these overloaded demands.

As a quick mention, this program is a bit intense! You certainly don’t have to complete the original “TENSION” program prior to trying this one, but be warned that this is a step up and will require some serious focus to get through!
