What a wild and unpredictable year 2020 is turning out to be, huh?

Wow!

If you’re reading this, that means you’re alive (duh) and hopefully doing well, too!

May has great potential to be an awesome month in terms of your health and fitness. While your surrounding circumstances may still look abnormal or uncomfortable in some way, you’ve made it this far. You’ve been adapting and rolling with the punches.

It’s time to keep going – to keep rolling.

I hope you’re able to use this program as a helpful tool as you navigate May. I hope you have fun with it, and that it provides a sense of joy and peace in your life. Remember that fitness doesn’t have to be a huge, all-out effort that takes over your life – you can bite it off in chunks, or pick and choose the order in which you apply what you’re learning here.

Enjoy the process, and keep taking each day in stride!
